Most business owners don't have a marketing problem.
They have a clarity problem.
They're busy.
They're working hard.
But they're not always sure which marketing activity deserves their attention next.
This week, try asking AIM one simple question:
"What is the highest-impact marketing activity I should focus on over the next 30 days?"
Then provide:
• A short description of your business
• Your ideal customer
• How you currently get customers
• Your main goal
The quality of the answer will depend on the quality of the information you provide.
But even thinking through those four points can be valuable.
Example
A local plumber might tell AIM:
"I serve homeowners in North London. Most of my customers come from referrals. I want more direct enquiries."
AIM may identify opportunities such as:
• Improving Google Business Profile visibility
• Collecting more reviews
• Creating location-specific service pages
• Building referral partnerships
The point isn't that AIM magically knows the answer.
The point is that AIM helps you think through the problem.
This Week's Challenge
Open AIM.
Ask:
"What is the highest-impact marketing activity I should focus on over the next 30 days?"
Then compare the answer with what you're currently spending time on.
You might discover they're not the same thing.
If they aren't, that's worth paying attention to.
